California's 22nd District sits in 2 television markets: Bakersfield (244,310 TV homes) and Fresno (636,260 TV homes). A broadcast point is bought for the whole market. The counties in Fresno never see a Bakersfield buy, and the campaign cannot afford a second market for a corner of the district. Streaming is bought by the impression, by ZIP, so the corner costs what the corner costs.
